* Fee entitles your attendance to your stated enrolled term period only. Sessions are not transferable to other terms.
* Term fee is non refundable after commencement of enrolled term
* Any Cancellations requiring refunds on enrolments prior commencement will result in a 20% Penalty fee.
* Term fee is for eight 2 hour sessions, spread over eight weeks of the designated term or 2-day intensive options
* Certificate of Attendance /Participation are granted at the close of each term, upon satisfactory attendance and understanding of course at hand
* High Skill & Proficiency Endorsed Certification Awarded at Masters training levels via theory and practical examinations for more information refer to www.penjing.com.au/courses/
* If you need to be absent due to illness , if possible you may use the term duration to allocate catch up sessions . We can not guarantee this is possible due to limited time and places so any alterations must be arranged with the Principal.
* Course fees at (Elementary levels 1 & 2) will include an assortment of both perishable and non-perishable goods Wires required, Mesh, pebbles, 5 element Penjing soils etc. (*Penjing Pots not included)
*Intermediate grading and above students are required to work on their own projects as per subject syllabus requirements. Training equipment/goods will be required. This naturally subject to the Terms topic. All training goods are available for your convenience to purchase at The Lingnan Penjing Academy of Australia. i.e Pots, Wires, Palm fibres, stones, statues etc
*Base supply of 5 Element Penjing soils will be made available for students inclusive of enrolment fee. However, if more is required, surcharge fee will apply.
*All students must wear appropriate clothing and adequate closed foot wear. Thongs/Sandals will not be permitted.
*Our structured syllabus, and/or techniques, theories, teachings within etc are not permitted to be duplicated. Nor released online- this including web chats, YouTube, websites, blogs etc. *Without prior approval - With this, all our teachings are protected under the guidelines in place for intellectual property laws.
*We reserve the right to accept or refuse any student enrolment.
